Keith is self-motivated, always seeking to improve our product as well as his own work and processes. He collaborates effectively across functions, and is able to synthesize input from various sources into cohesive design choices. Importantly, he considers a wide range of users in his work, enabling our product to become more inclusive.
Keith is dedicated and smart, he always takes the time to understand the objectives of a project but at the same time he understands that the startup world is fast-paced and has always delivered for me.
I had the pleasure to work with Keith as part of a consultancy we used to outsource design work. We worked together on the UX/UI of both our consumer and enterprise site, and Keith showed mindfulness and sensitivity with our brand assets, bringing his style to large projects that we collaborated on. He is self-motivated in learning more about his craft, and diligently works through requirements and organised directives. Working quickly, he often worked closely with our developers to ensure the design intention was translated correctly.
As this is the first startup I have ever been involved with, I learnt a great deal from Keith regarding the UI/UX phase of the development cycle. I appreciated his dedication, honesty and quality of his work.
